If you are interested in bodybuilding, we suggest that you might want to take a look at the Bowflex PR3000 Home Gym as this workout machine has a higher weight resistance and its also upgradable too. You'll find that the Bowflex PR1000 is sturdy, easy to use and it doesn't take up too much space whether you are working out on it or have it folded away.
