The Bowflex FT Revolution Home Gym is a nice device to workout on. Through our research, we found that many fitness enthusiasts really enjoyed working out on this easy to use home gym. The impressive thing about the Revolution is the ninety exercises it allows you to perform from the comfort of your own home. The footprint on this device is small, which means you can use it in small areas and it doesn't take up much space! One negative aspect is the fact that the Revolution FT is not built for body building usage. It allows up to 210 pounds of weight resistance and is upgradable to 280 pounds. However, some would suggest that this is not enough for body builders, so please keep that in mind when thinking about purchasing the Revolution FT. |
